Pre construction - obtaining permit , setting start date
This phase is immediately after both parties have signed an agreement. Sunset Renovation immediately applies for the necessary permits if applicable . Then follows that through with Building Inspection which usually takes from a couple of days to 2 weeks depending on the size and nature of the project , In the meantime scheduling of whatever the first task is for your project pending the permit approval
Construction
Sunset Renovation llc is a registered general contractor with the LFUCG ( city of Lexington) carrying more than the minimum required worker’s compensation and general liability insurance , working with , supervising and taking responsibility for any and all workers and subcontractors, I focus on the goals of quality construction and forward progress.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.
